Mike Shaut

Attorney Shaut has over 40 years of experience as a lawyer admitted in multiple states for the practice of law, including Ohio.  Practice areas include finance, bankruptcy, commercial law, consumer law, immigration, real estate, wills and trusts, and family law.

He has also served as founder and CEO of Carbon Vision, where he developed and financed numerous solar energy products and consulted on the development and brokerage of energy projects domestically.  Prior to founding Carbon Vision, Mr. Shaut had co-founded and served as President and on the Board of Education Lending Group (EDLG), a national student lending company headquartered in San Diego, CA.  This company went public and achieved a NASDAQ National listing before its sale to CIT Group in February 2005 for $380 Million.

Mr. Shaut has over 30 years of executive experience, having launched several companies over his career, serving as President and CEO as well as serving on the board.  He has raised billions of dollars to fund the growth of multiple companies during his career. He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and Colgate University.


Isaac Tom Monah (Tom)

Attorney Monah’s practice encompasses all aspects of Civil Rights Litigation, Federal Criminal Matters, General Civil Litigation, personal injury matters including trucking accidents and medical malpractice, employment, divorce, dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child custody, child support matters for unmarried parents, bankruptcy, immigration, adoptions, and estate administration.

Mr. Monah was born in Liberia and raised in Ghana, West Africa. He is a graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he was a member of the Cleveland Marshall College of Law Mock Trial Team and Black Law Students Association. He attended Hiram College as well as Brush High School. He currently resides in the city of Cleveland. He is admitted to the State of Ohio bar and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Judge John Manos Inn of Court. In his free time, Tom enjoys playing soccer, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family.


Bert Rose

Bert L. Rose ( Ohio, FL, 6th Circ. Fed Crt, Southern Div) Practiced Ohio Workers’ Compensation Law representing both injured workers and employers through all levels of the Ohio Administrative Law processes for 17 years.  My practice included wrongful termination, Violation of Specific Safety Requirement (Ohio Intentional Tort Law), death claims, as well as standard workers compensation claims for all physical and psychological injuries.Additionally, practiced Social Security Disability Law both subsequent to Workers’ Compensation claims and without.  Current practice includes Domestic Relations law, Adoptions, OVI/DUI, Landlord Tenant issues, Garnishment.
